How can I make a reservation❓
➡ You can book through our contact form, WhatsApp or by calling us directly. To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit. You can also consult the Reservations section for more details.
What are the accepted payment methods❓
➡ We accept payments in cash, BNCR bank transfer, SINPE mobile and PayPal. Contact us for more details.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation❓
➡ Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your reservation. If cancellation is due to weather conditions, the deposit is 100% refundable. For other reasons, 25% of the deposit is refunded.
About the Tours
What does the tour include❓
➡ Our tours include fishing/snorkeling equipment, drinks, snacks and the best service from our crew. For the full-day tour, we offer an optional beach barbecue.
What should I bring to the tour❓
➡ We recommend you bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and towel.
Can the tours be customized❓
➡ Yes, we can adapt the experience to your preferences, whether it is fishing, snorkeling or simply relaxing on a paradisiacal beach.

➡ We leave from Playas del Coco or from the beach where we have planned the departure.
The departure time depends on the tour selected and we will confirm it when making the reservation.
We will always ask you to please be at least 15 minutes before departure to do a final check.
